Summer Golf Program



Golf Conditioning Camp (mandatory)

                         Times: Girls - 8am-10am
                                      Boys- 9am-11

                       Golf Mandatory conditioning workout
                                  July 30th - August 2nd 

Monday- Squat Workout/ Mats and Flex
Tuesday- Power Clean Workout/ Agility Circuit
Wednesday- Bench Workout/ Straight Ahead Running
Thursday- Power Clean Workout 2/ Falcon Warrior Workout

Incoming 7th-12th graders are invited to participate. Workouts will be all summer not just on our mandatory days, except the week of July 4.
