Our School
Los Fresnos High School is located on FM 1847 just north of the Los Fresnos business district.
LFHS opened its current campus in 1992 and housed students in grades 9 through 12 at that time. Additions were made to the school in 1999 and 2000. With the opening of Los Fresnos United in 2009, freshmen students were no longer housed at LFHS. With the expansion of LFU in 2016, sophomores were no longer part of LFHS.
Los Fresnos High School and Los Fresnos United are considered one high school on two campuses for reporting purposes. LFHS houses about 1,700 students. The school mascot is Falcons and the principal is Justin Stumbaugh.
