Justin Stumbaugh serves the students at Los Fresnos High School as Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Stumbaugh  has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2012. During his career in public education that began in 2003, Mr. Stumbaugh has served as an Biology Teacher/ Coach at Port Isabel High School for 9 years.  Prior to his current role, he served as CTE Director for Los Fresnos CISD from 2015 -2016, and assistant principal at LFHS from 2012-2015. Mr. Stumbaugh received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University and his Masters of Educational Administration degree from University of Texas at Brownsville.  Mr. Stumbaugh has been the proud principal of Los Fresnos High School since 2016!
Mrs. Norma Lucila Aguilera serves the students at Los Fresnos High School as Assistant Principal for the 2024-2025 school year.  Mrs. Aguilera has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2000. During their career in public education that began in Elementary, Mrs. Aguilera has served at Lopez Riggins Elementary School, as a 3rd and 5th Grade Teacher for nine years.  She then became an Assistant Principal at Las Yescas Elementary for one year and then as Instructional Officer at Rancho Verde Elementary for four years.  She then moved to Resaca Middle School as Assistant Principal for one year and then Dean of Instruction for three years and now at Los Fresnos High School for six years as Assistant Principal.  Mrs. Aguilera received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in English and a minor in Bilingual Education from The University of Texas at Brownsville and her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at Brownsville.Mrs. Norma Lucila Aguilera serves the students at Los Fresnos High School as Assistant Principal for the 2024-2025 school year.  Mrs. Aguilera has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2000. Alex Hall serves the students at Los Fresnos High School as assistant principal for the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Hall has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2019. During his career in public education that began in 2007, Mr. Hall has served as an English teacher, department chair, and assistant principal.  Prior to his current role, he taught English for eleven years. Mr. Hall received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Western Kentucky University.

Rico Rodriguez serves the students at Los Fresnos High School as Assistant Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Rodriguez has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2024. During his career in public education that began in 1993, Mr. Rodriguez has served as a Science Teacher, football coach, basketball coach, wrestling coach, and track and field coach at the middle school level and high school levels. Mr. Rodriguez has also served as a middle school assistant principal, and Middle School Principal, and assistant principal at the High School level. Mr. Rodriguez received his Masters in Education and his Superintendent Certification from the University of Texas at Brownsville.

Laura Trevino serves the students at Los Fresnos High School as Dean of Instruction for the 2024-2025 school year. Mrs. Trevino has been part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 1998. During her career in public education that began in 1998, Mrs. Trevino has served as an Elementary Teacher, District Elementary Math Strategist, Assistant Principal, and Instructional Officer.  Prior to her current role, she served as a Principal at Dora Romero Elementary from 2019-2021. Mrs. Trevino received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville and her Masters of Education degree from University of Texas RGV.
